2. Print and fill out an order form completely.
   
3. Enclose the order form, album parts and payment (including return shipping, shipping always $5.00) in secure packaging and mail it to Patriotic Impressions, 51 Lakeland Port, Sanford, NC  27332. Once received, your albums will be completed within 7 days.
